Appointments & Walk-Ins
All examinations, vaccinations, and procedures are scheduled by appointment to ensure each patient receives the time and attention they deserve.
Walk-ins may be accommodated depending on availability. Please note that additional fees may apply, and patients with scheduled appointments receive priority.
Emergency Visits
We understand that pet emergencies can happen unexpectedly. If your pet requires urgent medical attention, we strongly recommend calling ahead to confirm that a veterinarian is available.
Our veterinarian may occasionally be performing surgery or be out of the office. Calling ahead allows our team to assess availability and help guide you toward the most appropriate care for your pet.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during emergencies. If an extended wait is anticipated, our team will inform you and discuss available options.

Flexible Payment Options
We understand that veterinary care can sometimes involve unexpected expenses. To help make your pet’s healthcare more manageable, we accept CareCredit and Cherry financing options.

In many cases, applicants receive a credit decision within minutes. Once approved, you may be able to use your financing immediately.
Please note: The CareCredit cardholder must be present to complete a CareCredit transaction. Financing is subject to approval and applicable terms.

For your convenience, we also accept credit card payments online.
If you would like to use this option, simply ask our receptionist for a secure payment link. Once your payment has been completed, please notify our office so we can ensure it is properly applied to your pet’s account.
Parking Information
Customer parking is conveniently located on the east side of our building. Please keep the following parking guidelines in mind:
- Customer Parking: Available on the east side of the building.
- One-Way Parking Lot: Please follow the designated traffic flow. The exit is located on Gordon Street.
- Employee Parking: The parking area behind the building is reserved for employees.
- Street Sweeping: Street sweeping takes place on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please check posted street signs before parking.
